Group Classes

  1. Payment: Payment is required in full upon registration to secure your spot in class. This is to help ensure our class sizes remain small for the benefit of our clients. Payment can be made via credit card, cash, check, Venmo, or Paypal. There is a $35service fee for any returned checks.
  2. Cancellation/Rescheduling: Our classes are fixed enrollment and will be each week for the duration of the series. We are unable to reschedule the group classes.
  3. Refunds: We are unable to offer refunds for group classes. Please look at your schedule carefully before registering.
  4. Dismissal: Dogs that exhibit disruptive or aggressive behavior may be dismissed from class at the sole discretion of the instructor. Class dismissals are rare, and the owner may receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining sessions only.
  5. Minors: We know children can be incredible Jr. trainers, but we require all children to be over the age of 6 to participate in training. To ensure every child’s safety, we ask that children under the age of 10 be supervised at all times by an adult who is not also handling a dog.
  6. Multiple Dogs: Clients are welcome to bring more than one dog to class. Each dog participating in class must be registered, and each dog must have their own adult handler present at all times. We will not allow multiple dogs with only one handler.
  7. Animal Welfare: We do not condone the use of physical punishment or intimidation of dogs by our staff or clients, (including, but not limited to, the use of: prong collars, choke chains, e-collars, physical corrections, verbal corrections). Clients observed demonstrating this behavior will be asked to stop. Clients who continue to exhibit this behavior will be dismissed from class. No refunds are issued for dismissal due to violating our animal welfare policy.
  8. Pictures, Video, and Media: We love seeing our clients succeed, and sharing those success stories on our website and social media! We reserves the right to take video and photographs of clients, their dogs, and their families during class unless notified otherwise in writing by the client.

Private Training

  2. Cancellation/Rescheduling: Private training sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled no later than 24 hrs prior to the scheduled time. If a private training session is rescheduled or cancelled within less than 24hrs of the scheduled time, it will count towards your session.
  3. Expiration and Refunds: Private training packages expire six months after purchasing. We do not offer refunds for private training. Please look at your calendar carefully before scheduling.
  4. Dismissal: Dismissals from private training sessions are extremely rare, and the owner may receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining sessions only.

  6. Multiple Dogs: If there are multiple dogs in the home, we ask that clients find a way to safely separate them during training (another room, crate, going for a walk with another family member, etc). We charge an additional price per dog participating in the training.
Clients who continue to exhibit this behavior will be dismissed from training. No refunds are issued for dismissal due to violating our animal welfare policy.
  8. Safety: We require all clients to comply with any safety measures deemed appropriate by the trainer, including but not limited to: barriers, leashing or tethering, and muzzling. Clients who fail to comply will be dismissed from training. No refunds are issued for dismissal due to violating our safety policy.
